My research is rooted in a deep exploration of painting that aims to transcend traditional boundaries and encompass painting as matter.

In my works, I seek to create volumes, depth, and chromatic illusions that emerge from the interaction between traditional painting and masses of color, offered by material elements and overlapping layers. By incorporating elements such as encaustic, wax, jute, iron powder, etc... I want to transcend painting as a purely visual experience and transport it into the tactile realm.

My objective is to create an ongoing dialogue between the physical properties of materials and colors, arising through interaction with light, textures, and depth. Each piece is an exploration of how different elements can coexist and interact, forming a cohesive and dynamic composition that offers an immense range of sensory experience.
